73 Labs sends customer care and appointment text messages on behalf of home service businesses, including replies to inquiries you initiated, missed call follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, and review requests after completed appointments.
Opt-in
You consent to receive messages by providing your phone number when you call a participating business or submit its website contact or booking form.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions.
Fees
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We will confirm your opt-out and send no further messages.
